Corelli depicted a new pattern in his Trio Sonatas, which is as great and mysterious as the whole universe. In the third cassette of these series, four more sonatas are presented to the admirers of Corelli's music. These pieces are regarded as the earliest unique examples of pre-classic sonata. Corelli was looking for simplicity and the implementation of the descriptive capabilities of instruments. In this respect, by avoiding the double stops used by German violinists, he chose a melodic style and made the two violins
sing poetically.

Second half of the tape begins with Divertimento in D-major, op.91 for string Trio, by the Austrian composer, Franz Joseph Haydn. This piece expresses Haydn's genuineness and reveals an image of his Viennese character.

Andante by Antonio Vivaldi, the Italian composer born on March 4 1678, is an interesting and pleasant work. In praising Vivaldi, it is enough to mention his comprehensive effect on the music of his contemporary composers and those who succeeded them. Handel, Leclair and above all the great Bach owe him their familiarity with the musical forms to a great extent. Nine of Vivaldi's concertos are arranged for organ and celesta by Bach. He spent his entire life studying, training, composing, and performing music. He turned the Ospedalo Della Pieta orphanage into an important music center. Vivaldi
died in Vienna in January 1741.

Henry Purcell was born in 1659 in London to a family of musicians. He composed his first works in the early age of eleven. His huge number of works and the originality and variety of his musical styles are truely fascinating. He was among the modern artists of his time and developed new principles for music analysis. Indeed after his death in November 21, 1695, English music was interrupted and took two centuries to revive. The original scores of these compositions are   being preserved in the British museum in London.
